Initiative 12: Student services coordination

Goal: Ensure an excellent student service experience
Description: Identify which services are needed by student groups (e.g., faculty-specific, articulation, international, graduate). Establish an “experience” committee that is responsible for assessing the excellence of these services on an ongoing basis.
Responsibility: Vice-President Academic’s Office
Success measures: Creation of a student experience committee; documentation of the student life cycle; establishment of responsibility by service; baseline of student satisfaction; creation of student ticketing system; student satisfaction surveys; student satisfaction improvement plan
