{"id":73,"date":"2021-05-21T12:17:17","date_gmt":"2021-05-21T15:17:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/projects.upei.ca\/articulations\/?p=73"},"modified":"2021-05-28T08:21:59","modified_gmt":"2021-05-28T11:21:59","slug":"faculty-news-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/projects.upei.ca\/articulations\/faculty-news-3\/","title":{"rendered":"Faculty News"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Faculty of Arts congratulates <strong>Dr. Josh MacFadyen<\/strong> (ACLC) on becoming co-executive editor of the journal <em>Historical Methods: A Journal of Quantitative and Interdisciplinary History<\/em>:&nbsp; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.upei.ca\/communications\/news\/2021\/05\/upei-s-dr-josh-macfadyen-named-co-executive-editor-historical-methods\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/www.upei.ca\/communications\/news\/2021\/05\/upei-s-dr-josh-macfadyen-named-co-executive-editor-historical-methods<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The conference \u201fTourisme acadien: environnement, culture et liens Qu\u00e9bec-Atlantique\u201d organized by Dr. Selma Zaiane-Ghalia, from l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Moncton\u2019s \u00c9cole de kin\u00e9siologie et de loisir and <strong>Dr. Carlo Lavoie<\/strong> from the Department of Modern Languages on May 7th, during the 88th Congress of the Acfas \u2013 Le reseau francophone de la communaut\u00e9 scientifique (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/AcfasAcadie\/\">https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/AcfasAcadie\/<\/a>) was a real success.&nbsp; A rich panel of ten speakers addressed the natural and cultural Acadian heritage potential and cultural tourism potential in three Atlantic provinces: New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and PEI.
