Technology development

Despite the profound biological insights revealed by proteomic and metabolomic technologies they still fail to reveal the full function of many small molecules and proteins found in nature. Our lab is developing new isobaric tagging based methodologies in quantitative proteomics and metabolomics to uncover metabolite and protein function1,2,3.
