HMI Programming
To allow the user to interact with the system, the team chose to incorporate a C-More HMI. The purpose of the HMI is to accept inputs for starting a test as well as monitoring key information pertaining to the system throughout a test.
The main screens of the HMI are presented below.
Home Screen: User can proceed to start a test or view the various additional functionalities in the menu.
Setpoint Selector: User inputs the set point wet bulb temperature for the lab.
Begin Test: User can select Begin to start a test.
Test in Progress: User can monitor the temperature in the lab.
Temperatures: User can view the current outdoor temperature and lab temperature.
Fans & Dampers: User can monitor current fan speeds and damper positions.
