Panel Wiring

The final step before starting the assembly of the panel was to create a detailed wiring diagram showing the electrical connections. The schematic shown below includes the following subsystems:

1 – Power Distribution

2 – 24VDC Panel Supply

3 – PLC

4 – Analog Expansion Modules

5 – Digital Inputs/Outputs

6 – Analog Inputs/Outputs

7 – Human Interface

8 – Final Wiring Connections (Once Installed in the Clients Facility)
