On March 31, 2016, the provincial government announced they would start providing medical and surgical abortions in PEI by the end of the year. The time line included striking a committee to plan this service within one of the hospitals in the province. All indications are that the province is on track to meet this objective. I will be creating another collaborative project to monitor the service. Stay tuned for updates.
