Alejandro Ramirez Torres joined our team in January 2022 from Costa Rica to work on a few ongoing projects with me. He was awarded the Emerging Leaders of the Americas Program (ELAP) scholarship for post-secondary institutions located in Latin America and the Caribbean to study or research in Canadian post-secondary institutions. He plans to stay in PEI until July 2022.
