UPEI is very proud of the Robertson Library, an award winning and innovative academic library. With access to over 1.4 million books, over 125,000 journals, 100,000 streaming media, the Library connects our campus community to a world of information.
As dedicated information professionals and technical staff, we support students and researchers with a diverse range of resources and services. We apply our expertise and capabilities to digitize our unique local collections and make them accessible for all of Prince Edward Island. We are stewards of UPEI’s research output and institutional memory, while ensuring we curate and preserve PEI’s rich print heritage and culture for future generations.
We offer study spaces, information literacy skills training, unique learning opportunities, and provide support for Open Education Resources (OER), reducing barriers to learning and making education more affordable.
