In February 2016, the SDU Institute provided ten UPEI students with the experiential learning experience of New York City. “Catholic New York,” a class offered as part of the Catholic Studies Program at UPEI, studied the history, beliefs and traditions of Catholicism in New York. As part of the course, winter break was spent in the city itself.
